PSE improvements from Shaggs and a couple of new drag and drop features.

Major work items in this release:
# Variety of PSE related features written and driven by Shaggs.
# Main drag and drop interface now copies EXIF information when resizing JPEG images.
# A couple of cosmetic UI tweaks to the transition from PSE to drag and drop as well as the upload progress dialog.

Changing to 0.9.1 - Shaggs found and reported a bug in the logging process which caused the app to crash immediately. Fixed and re-released as 0.9.1.

Minor update with a few new features. - Feature Add: Ability to resize pictures prior to upload. - Debugging Feature Add: Write debug messages to a file in order to make debugging of customer reported issues easier. - API Add: Added the API to allow for downloading o the pictures in an album. Adding the UI feature will be in a future release.
