Description:
This patch fixes error with resizing an image that does not fit to selected dimensions.
For example when resizing an image to 1600x1200 original code failed for images of 3200x3000 by trying to resize them to 1600x1500 which does not fit to the given size constraint.

Description:
I got NullReferenceException with fresh install of release 0.9.6.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Remove your config file at %APPDATA%\Pix2Gallery2.config to emulate fresh install.
2) Start Pix2Gallery2
3) "Please configure at least one Gallery URL" message is displayed.
4) Press OK. Options dialog is displayed.
5) Do not add any sites, just click OK or Cancel.

NullReferenceException is thrown at UploadForm.cs optionsToolStripMenuItem_Click() line 264:
if (pix2gallery2Settings.Gallery2Urls.Count > 0)
Patch just adds the null check here:
if (pix2gallery2Settings.Gallery2Urls != null && pix2gallery2Settings.Gallery2Urls.Count > 0)

With this change everything works fine.

Description:
This would supercede the patch (1837) I uploaded earlier with many additions. I use VS 2008 for development with VisualSVN and TortoiseSVN to generate the patch file.

1. Allow any /all of the PSE6 metatag info to be used for any/all of the Gallery2 Title, Summary, or Description fields with optional metatag labels. Done as the pic is uploaded. Previewed in preview window for selected image.
1a. Two special cases -" All Album names" and "All Tags" List all the albums in which the Pic is found and all tags which have been applied to it.

2. "Last 6 Months" smart album is implemented.

3. Selection (check boxes) in all albums can be filtered by a selectable earliest date.

4 Previously uploaded pics are deselected in all windows.

5. Any tag collection is treated as an album.

6 . PSE6 database location is stored and opened automatically after first use.

7. When the Gallery2 site has many pictures and the pix2gallery app on a slow network, the program was failing with an un-trapped null reference. This is caused because the interface was trapping transmission errors but not checking for the gallery2 success message. I have added this test , and allow the process to continue for now but it breaks marking previously uploaded pics/albums. More details will be in the issue tracker.

Description:
Fixed bug which caused error PSE6 when the Gallery2 it was hooked up to had apostrophes (single rabbit ears) in the album names.
Added better error handling, so hopfully we will get more useful error message if other problems are encountered.
Added "Usage Instructions", to give a quick overview of how the Elements component of Pix2Gallery should be used.

- added 1600x1200 (resize option) - fixed the oversized checkboxes (using StateImageList) - added functionality which permits the upload the thumbnails of pictures which are already uploaded - thumbnails of pics which are already in the gallery => background of caption changed to light gray
